Misht Terms & Conditions

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Misht. You must read them carefully before using the platform.

If you use Misht on behalf of another person or a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Misht is a technology platform that helps customers discover salons and barbers, view availability, and book appointments.

Important: Misht is not the provider of haircut or grooming services. Services are delivered directly by independent salons and barbers listed on the platform.

We facilitate bookings, payments where enabled, and related communications, but we do not employ service providers unless expressly stated.

To use Misht, you must:

• be at least 13 years of age
• provide accurate registration information
• maintain the security of your account and OTP login
• use the platform only for lawful purposes

If you are under the legal age required for payment or contractual commitments in Saudi Arabia, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has approved your use of Misht.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you book through Misht, you enter into a service arrangement with the selected salon or barber. Misht displays availability, pricing, and service details as provided by the provider.

You agree to:

• arrive on time for your appointment
• provide accurate contact details
• select the correct service, date, and time
• follow the provider's reasonable salon rules

Providers may refuse service in cases of safety concerns, policy violations, or inaccurate booking information.

Where in-app or online payment is available, transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

You agree to pay all applicable fees shown at checkout, including service fees or taxes where displayed.

Misht does not store full payment card details. Payment status, amount, and reference information may be recorded for booking and accounting purposes.

If payment fails, your booking may be cancelled or held pending successful payment, depending on provider settings.

Cancellation and refund rules may vary by provider. The applicable policy is shown during booking or on the provider profile when available.

Unless otherwise stated, customers may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in:

• booking restrictions on your account
• charges where payment was authorized
• suspension from using Misht

Refund requests are reviewed according to the provider policy, payment method, and applicable Saudi regulations.

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse providers, staff, or other users
• submit false bookings or fraudulent payment information
• attempt to bypass platform fees or misuse promotions
• scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
• use Misht for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to users, providers, or Misht.

Providers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, hygiene, pricing, and delivery of their services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Misht is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• we are not liable for provider acts, omissions, delays, or service outcomes
• we are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or dissatisfaction with a service

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Misht name, logo, software, design, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Misht and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit platform materials without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or other reasonable notice. Continued use of Misht after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Disputes should first be raised with our support team. Where required, competent courts or authorities in Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction.
